No time for fitness? I got you.

It can be challenging to make time for fitness when you have a lot of other obligations, especially during busy times of the year. Here are a few strategies that might help:

1 • Schedule your workouts in advance: If you know you have a busy week coming up, take a few minutes on the weekend to schedule your workouts in advance. This will help you prioritise your fitness and make it more likely that you'll follow through.

2 • Make the most of your time: Look for ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. For example, you could take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator, go for a walk during your lunch break, or do a quick workout during the TV breaks (advert workouts) for my OG's.

3 • Set achievable goals: Don't try to do too much too soon. If you're short on time, focus on doing shorter workouts that are intense and effective. This will help you stay motivated and make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

4 • Find a workout partner: Having someone to workout with can help keep you accountable and motivated. Find a friend or family member who is also trying to make time for fitness, and commit to working out together.

5 • Don't be too hard on yourself: It's okay if you can't make time for a workout every day. The important thing is to be consistent and to do your best to make physical activity a part of your routine.
