The most significant period of the day is the morning. It determines how your day will go.
A routine will revamp your productivity & well-being. Morning habits are a trait of successful people. By taking these actions, your entire day will significantly improve.
If you're like the majority of people, you don't have a set routine that you stick to every morning. Most people spend up to several hours on their phones in bed. This is undesirable since you're off to a terrible start. Mornings are not the time to let yourself slack off.
1 • Make your bed
Your day will be brighter if you make your bed. You are getting the day off to a productive start by completing a task. You'll subconsciously want to accomplish your goals. Wanting to complete more assignments will influence how you make decisions.
2 • To-do list
Your productivity will radically change if you make a to-do list each morning. You'll find yourself completing chores quickly if you follow them without questioning. Write down everything you need to do, and don't stop until the list is completed.
3 • Wake up earlier
You'll have more time to work if you get up earlier. You'll get an edge over people who are sleeping. Your first hour after waking up ought to be fruitful & serve as a springboard for the rest of the day. Splashing cold water on your face helps waking up.
4 • Sleep
Lack of sleep raises the risk of heart disease, weight gain, and even death. Aim for 8 to 10 hours of quality sleep each night. Your sleep will be better in a dark, cold room. Plan to go to bed at the same hour every day as well.
5 • Don't snooze
Snoozing can negatively affect your day. You become more exhausted during the day as a result. It is also more difficult to wake up after
sleeping. Sit up & turn on the lights as soon as the alarm goes off.
6 • Self-control
Being determined & following these steps require discipline. You'll gradually start to do them subconsciously if you do them every day. After a few months, developing these behaviours will change your life.
7 • If you're struggling to stay disciplined & want to:
- Become a confident human
- Get in the best physical and mental shape of your life
- Build amazing habits while breaking your toxic ones

8 • Caffeine
Coffee can help you wake up in the morning. Don't drink it straight away after waking up, wait at least 1 hour. Drinking coffee right after you wake up may interfere with your body's cortisol production. You shouldn't have it close to bedtime either.
9 • Phone
Like making your bed, you've got other duties. Don't look at your phone until you've completed them. Checking your phone first thing in the
morning triggers stress. You shouldn't have screen time before bed either.
